Haoyang (Lester) Hu

Haoyang (Lester) Hu acquired a BS in bioinformatics from UCSD. His undergraduate research focuses on developing the Bulk Segregant Analysis pipeline for Schroeder's lab. His current goal is to further develop skills in the ML area and search for hands-on opportunities in utilizing computational techniques to resolve real-life biomedical problems such as clinical decision-making.

Haoyang's research interest includes computational omics and DL and AI-related applications in the biomedical informatics area.
