Shaun R. Patel is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. His primary research is at the intersection of neuroscience, genomics, and applied mathematics. More recently, he has also become interested in exploring the role of mobile platform applications in the context of personalized medicine and diagnostics. "The Biomedical Informatics program at Harvard Medical School is the ideal environment to explore this cutting-edge discipline in an effort to develop next generation technologies to improve healthcare."
