The Core for Computational Biomedicine (CCB) is a multi-disciplinary team of computational and quantitative scientists that collaborates with HMS Quad-based researchers to develop tools, platforms, and other data science and computational solutions that broadly enable biomedical discovery and innovation.

Computational Resources

CCB has curated a collection of tools and learning material on computational topics in biomedical science: software packages, online/print textbooks, video series, websites, and databases. The resources cover general introductory material as well as advanced methods in specific areas. There are also links to resources available only to the HMS community.

Nanocourse: Spatial Transcriptomic Technologies and Data Analysis

Students will learn how to choose the most suitable methods for their research questions, engage with practical applications through case studies and paper discussions, and gain hands-on experience using bioinformatics tools and software for data analysis.
