Weixiu (Jenny) Dong is interested in developing computational methods that integrate multiple sources of high-throughput data to better understand the molecular and cellular basis of human diseases. Her previous research has centered around single-cell epigenetic data, and she has incorporated genomic and transcriptomic data to decipher the epigenetic landscape of human brain development. In the future, she wishes to use data-driven approaches and new technologies to solve biomedical problems.
