Amanda Deng received her BS in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis. Her undergraduate work explored immunology, computational biology, and drug discovery methods. Her research focused on mapping the molecular landscape of enteroviruses and their interactions to CHD. She aims to apply AI and computational methods to advance genomic medicine and support more personalized disease diagnosis and treatment.
