Research Interests: Machine learning and AI, Multiomics modeling and Clinical informatics
Amrita received her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University. Her research background spans computational cancer genomics and utilizing machine learning to identify neurophysiological biomarkers for epilepsy. She also interned at Pfizer, where she leveraged Python to automate clinical trial data validation and optimize treatment workflows. Amrita is driven to advance machine learning solutions that improve clinical decision-making and streamline healthcare systems.
