Ava Homiar

Ava is a clinical informatics researcher developing and implementing digital health tools for clinical decision-making. She previously led research on LLMs for evidence synthesis at the University of Oxford and evaluated the feasibility of conversational agents in primary care settings at BIDMC. Ava holds an Honors BSc in Life Sciences from McMaster University, with advanced training in AI and ethics from Harvard, Oxford, the London School of Economics, and the European Graduate School.
