Research Interests: Precision medicine; computational omics
Christine received her B.A. in Computational Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. During her undergraduate studies, she conducted research with Dr. Deanne Taylor to characterize immune responses to COVID-19. She also worked with Dr. Man S. Kim to analyze single-cell RNA sequencing data across multiple diseases, including prostate cancer, breast cancer, and pterygium. She seeks to leverage bioinformatics to drive personalized treatment strategies, particularly in cancer.
