Clara Bakker is a Junior Scientific Programmer at the 4D Nucleome Data Coordination and Integration Center, where she focuses on reproducible analysis of genomic data.
Bakker is a graduate of Columbia University, where she received a B.A. in Computer Science and Mathematics. As a student, she worked as a computational chemistry researcher in the Cacciuto Group at Columbia, studying self-assembly of soft active matter.
