Jieyu Zhu

Research Interests: Machine Learning, Spatial Multi-omics, Foundation Models, AI for Medicine

Jieyu earned her B.S. in Pharmacology & Therapeutics from McGill University. Her research spans computational and experimental neuroscience, including rare-variant genetics in Parkinson's disease, spatial transcriptomics integrated with GWAS via a graph neural network framework, and deep learning for spatial multi-omics. Jieyu hopes to apply computational biology and machine learning to advance neurodegenerative disease research and drug discovery.
