Jingyue Chen received her bachelor's degree in Biology and Applied Mathematics from Emory University. During her undergraduate studies, she conducted research on generating genomic and epigenomic maps of mouse centromeric and pericentromeric regions using the mouse telomere-to-telomere genome assembly. She also investigated the dysregulation of satellite RNAs in various cancers. Her research interests focus on applying computational tools to study genomics and epigenomics in cancer research.
