Megan Coden

Research Interests: Personalized medicine, genomics, and machine learning

Megan graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS with Honors in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology as well as a BS in Computer Science. Her research focused on training machine learning models to predict the severity of C. difficile infections. Megan has worked as a software engineer for three years at Optum and MathWorks. She is passionate about developing machine learning algorithms that advance biomedical research and personalize medical treatments
