Peixin He

Research Interests: Computational Neuroscience, Deep Learning Model, AI-Driven Diagnostics.

Peixin He earned her bachelor's degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis. During her undergraduate studies, she completed an honors thesis in Dr. Hamada's Lab, investigating the optogenetic modulation of dopaminergic neurons to regulate sleep in Drosophila. Minoring in Computational Biology and Mathematics, she discovered her passion for developing deep learning diagnostic models using MRI data for brain disorders.
