Qiaohan (Susan) Xu studied Neuroscience with a minor in Computer Science at Reed College. She worked with Dr. Ayellet Segrè at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, Dr. Laura Heiser at Oregon Health & Science University, and Professors Anna Ritz and Kara Cerveny at Reed College. Her research has spanned GWAS enrichment pipelines, single-cell RNA sequencing analyses of cancer organoids, and zebrafish retinal development. She has presented her work through the HuBMAP consortium and received multiple fellowships.
