Radhika Sonthalia

Research Interests: Single-cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics, drug discovery, and machine learning applications.

Radhika graduated with a degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, with a minor in Life Sciences. After graduation, she worked as a Bioinformatician at the Genome Institute of Singapore, where she was involved in multiple Human Cell Atlas projects. In addition, she also conducted research on tumor–immune cell colocalization in CRC patients and worked on identifying biomarkers to predict treatment response in CML patients.
