Renhao's previous research includes studying the beneficial effects of exercise and identifying therapeutic targets in neurodegenerative diseases by using molecular techniques and bioinformatics tools. He was also involved in different projects studying epileptogenesis at a systemic level. In the future, Renhao hopes to use both quantitative and wet lab skills to discover novel mechanisms in neurological disorders and identify potential therapeutic targets.
