Seffi Cohen is a Berkowitz Family Living Laboratory Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, Biomedical Informatics Department, in Prof. Marinka Zitnik’s lab. His research focuses on biomarker discovery from EHR using machine learning, with an emphasis on building reliable and interpretable methods for real-world clinical data. He earned a PhD in Software and Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, advised by Prof. Lior Rokach, where his doctoral work focused on ensemble methods. He also holds an MSc in Computer Science from the Open University of Israel and a BSc in Computer Science from MTA.
