Shih-Yen Lin received his PhD in the Department of Computer Science, at National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. The research interests in his PhD study include network neuroscience by incorporating graph-theoretical analysis and machine learning, and deep learning techniques for computer-aided diagnosis. His current research focus is the development of explainable deep learning techniques for histopathological images.
