Shruti Vasagiri

Research Interests: Clinical informatics, precision medicine, computational genomics.

Shruti received her BS in Systems Biology from Case Western Reserve University. Her undergraduate research explored microbial genomics and clinical informatics, including computational analyses of bacteriophage–host interactions, fungal mycobiome profiling, and electronic health record studies of polypharmacy-related seizures. She is interested in integrating genomic and clinical data to improve disease diagnostics, precision medicine, and patient care.
