Srinidhi Arumugam

Research Interests: Network Biology, Natural Language Processing, Cognitive Modeling, Computer Vision

Srinidhi holds dual B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland. Her undergraduate research bridges computer vision, language models, and behavioral data, including building models to automatically track mouse behavior at the NIH, exploring LLM-based approaches to map host-microbe interactions, and developing ML models for eye-tracking in early childhood development. She is excited to explore new applications of computation to advance human health.
