Taiqi Li

Research Interests: Computational Genomics, Spatial Transcriptomics, Cancer Biology, Multiomics

Taiqi completed her bachelor's degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology and Data Science at UC Berkeley. During her undergraduate studies, she conducted research at the University of California, San Francisco, where she investigated the mechanisms underlying prostate cancer using spatially resolved single-cell and bulk sequencing data. Taiqi's research interests focus on using spatial transcriptomics and multiomics analysis to investigate cancer biology and uncover the molecular mechanisms driving.
