Xiao (Katrina) Liu
Master of Biomedical Informatics, Class of 2024
I completed my BS degree with university honors in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University, from which I also received a background in mathematical sciences and computational biology. Previously, I have been working on discovering polyketide products with computational methods. I am intending to explore more aspects of biomedicine and pursue a Ph.D. degree in the future.
Her research interests include AI/ML, CV, graph theory in genomics, molecular biology, and pathology.
