Xiaoou Wang, MBI
Master of Biomedical Informatics, Class of 2021
During undergrad, Xiaoou Wang worked in Prof. Kevin Rice's lab on the development of a chemical genetic screen to identify compounds that enhance the cytotoxicity of an anti-cancer drug. During the summer, she was working in Dr. Don Coen's lab in a project about Herpes Simplex Virus. In the master's program, Xiaoou hopes that she can explore the fields of biomedical data science, machine learning, and precision medicine.
