Xin Wang received his Ph.D. at the University of New South Wales under Joshua W.K. Ho. Wang's Ph.D. research focused on developing machine learning models for the grammar of transcriptional regulation and chromatin state study. His previous research focused on the mechanism of gene regulations via single-cell analysis of cancers and machine/deep learning when he was at Northwestern University. At BDMI, he is devoted to a Consortium effort project and spatial deep learning project with single-cell analysis.
