Yusheng (Tony) Li

Research Interests: Single Cell RNA Sequencing, Multiomics, Epigenomics, Machine Learning

Yusheng received his B.S. in Computational and Systems Biology with minors in Mathematics and Statistics from UCLA. During his undergraduate studies, he conducted research in Dr. Jason Ernst's laboratory on imputing histone modification profiles from DNA methylation data and in Dr. Thomas Graeber's laboratory on characterizing glioma cellular state transitions using single-cell RNA sequencing. His research interests center on applying computational methods to cancer genomics and epigenomics.
