Zhi (Monica) Qu

Research Interests: Computational Oncology, Multi-omics, Translational Research, Drug Discovery

Zhi (Monica) Qu studied Computational Biology at the University of Rochester. During her undergraduate studies, she conducted research in protein evolution and cancer biology. Her research included integrative analyses of genomic, transcriptomic, radiomic, and clinical data to investigate cancer heterogeneity and identify clinically relevant biomarkers. She is interested in using biomedical data integration to advance translational research and precision medicine.
