Research Interests: Machine Learning, GNNs, Foundation Models, LLMs, Computational Biology, AI for Medicine

Zhuoyang Lyu graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University with a BS in Computer Science with Honors and a BA in Applied Mathematics. His research has focused on developing graph neural networks to cell migration during predict epithelial–mesenchymal transition and on creating multimodal large language models for single-cell transcriptomics. He is dedicated to designing and implementing machine learning approaches that advance biomedical research and support clinical decision-making.
