Aymen Elfiky is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Clinical and Quality Analysis. "The goal of my work is to champion the institution of value-based healthcare systems with a particular focus on improving cancer care quality and outcomes. Within a rapidly evolving oncology landscape, an important aspect of my work lay in accurately capturing data representing the implications of provider and patient clinical behaviors and decisions. In turn, I seek to make such data actionable through integration into the process of care delivery. Looking ahead, I hope to apply these insights toward the spectrum of healthcare needs including patient self-advocacy, disparities, public health policies, and institutional management."
