After medical school Mara completed a pediatric residency and MPH in California. She worked as a pediatrician in Hawaii and as a school physician in NYC. She was a chief resident at MSK Kids, where she was immersed in the inpatient care of pediatric oncology patients. Mara hopes to build a career in connecting every child to the expert care they need across the globe. Her research interests are in pediatric oncology clinical trials; consortium based pediatric disease registries; EHR based decision support and evaluation of pediatric care guidelines.
Dr. Alexeev is a fellow in Clinical Informatics at Boston Children’s Hospital.
