Pengwei Sui specializes in the application of graph learning and large language model (LLM) agents in biomedicine and genomics. His research focuses on leveraging LLM-based multi-agent systems to advance therapeutic science. Additionally, he is interested in developing LLM-based workflow engines for various downstream tasks in therapeutics. Pengwei received his M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University and has previously worked on projects involving LLMs in social science and multi-agent reinforcement learning.
